Ok, so at the chocolate shop we do returns back to the factory. Really easy stuff- put the info on a sheet, slap a label on the box, fax the form to the office. They make a return form that comes with the delivery driver, who then takes said returns. Easy. Really easy. But no, that got all kinds of screwy.
